Professional Experience & Areas of Focus

Francie Henry leads the Fifth Third Bank Investment Advisors division as part of the Bank’s senior management team. Her role is to provide general coordination and oversight for all activities involving Investment Management, Brokerage Services, Private Banking, Retirement Plan Services and Wealth Planning for individual clients and institutions.

Ms. Henry joined Fifth Third Bank in May 1986. Since that time, she has held many leadership positions including Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, Regional BankMart Manager and head of the Central Ohio Retail Division. Most recently, Francie was named head of the Central Ohio Investment Advisors division in August 2011.

Personal & Community Participation

Francie has been involved in the community for many years. Prior to moving to central Ohio, she served on the boards of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, the West Chester/Liberty Township Community Foundation (long range planning committee), Fitton Center for Creative and Performing Arts, the Better Business Bureau, and Fort Hamilton Hospital Healthcare.

When she relocated to Columbus, Francie became active in the New Albany community. She was involved in the development of the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts in New Albany as its founding chair and continues to serve as a board member. Ms. Henry also serves on the board of the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute development board and the Ohio State University STAR Board (Stress, Trauma and Resilience). Most recently she joined The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges as a Trustee. She is a member of the New Albany Community Improvement Corporation, and the Greek Orthodox Cathedral.

Francie’s professional achievements and her community service were recognized in 2003 when she was named a Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 award winner.

She and her husband Jim live in New Albany. They have two children.
