Monica joined Fifth Third Bank in 2005. She is a graduate of the inaugural Athena NextGen class of emerging leaders and is a member of the Summer of Dreams Steering Committee.

Monica attended DeVry University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management, with a Minor in Sales and Marketing.
